Affirmations are a great way to access your subconscious mind and to reprogram it for success - after all, we spend 95% of our day using our subconscious programming.
Print these affirmations out and leave them in a place that you see regularly - this could be on your fridge, next to your bathroom mirror or where you train at home. Spend five minutes after waking each morning and before bed (when your subconscious mind is most impressionable) speaking these out loud and really feeling the words that you say. It might help to close your eyes and visualise that future version of yourself that fully embodies these words.
It might feel a little silly and hard to believe these phrases at first but with practice it will feel like second nature and your beliefs will gradually start to be transformed.
You can also write your favourite affirmation on a sticky note or create it as a phone background to keep you inspired and motivated to achieve your goals.
