In order to be eligible for a refund, please return your product(s) within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product(s) must be in the same condition that you received it/them and undamaged in any way. Customers are required to cover the cost of their return and we advise that parcels are sent by recorded post to ensure that they are delivered.
After we receive your item, we will review the item(s) and process your refund. Your refund will be made to the original payment method that you used during your purchase. For debit card and credit card payments please allow 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your statement.
If your product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.
