Happiness is an Inside Job
So many people wait to feel happiness…
They put it on the backburner and tell themselves they’ll be happy when they have the new job, the new home, the PB or the new partner.
But the reality is that happiness is a CHOICE and we can always find something to be happy about.
🙏🏻 Start by being thankful for what you have right now and allowing that to make you feel content - write down or speak out loud three things that you have to be grateful for today.
