Why not take some time this week to sit down with a cuppa and go through these questions to get familiar with what you really want to achieve this year?
How often do you go about your day without taking the time to question any limiting beliefs that might pop up when working towards your goals, or to give yourself credit for what you’ve achieved so far?
It’s all too easy to get sucked into the mentality of “What’s next?”, but taking stock of your past achievements and giving yourself time to dream can be so beneficial for your mindset. Think of this as brain training!
You can write out your answers, type them on your phone or speak them out loud.
The trick here is to allow whatever comes up to flow on to the page or out of your mouth - don’t try to edit or say what you think you should say.
Take time to be present in the moment, connect with yourself and ask yourself “What can I learn from my answers?”…
